Insurance: We are in-network with and accept Aetna, CareFirst BCBS, & United Healthcare insurances for acupuncture and Chinese medicine services. For those insurance companies with which we do not participate, we will provide a Superbill upon request for patients to submit to their insurance carriers for reimbursement of services provided. Please note, we do not accept insurance for nutrition or facial rejuvenation services.
Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
Our Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine service encompasses everything we treat. Whether you are coming in for sports and orthopedic medicine or support with another concern, this is the service you may choose.
Within these appointments we offer Acupuncture & Dry Needling, Electrical Simulation, Cupping, Gua Sha & Graston Technique, Tuina, Qigong, Chinese Herbs and Chinese medicine specific nutrition.
Non-insurance: New Patient: 90 minutes, $180 / Follow-up: 60 minutes, $120
Nutrition
In a nutrition appointment we look at your current & family medical history, medications, supplements, labs, and assess a 3-day food record you provide. Specific macro, micro, supplement, lab work/other testing, dietary, & lifestyle recommendations are provided with 3 personalized meal plan days. A 30-minute follow-up is included. Please note, we cannot accept insurance for nutrition however we will provide a Superbill. See our FAQs page for additional information as to why.
New and Existing Patients: $300
Discounted Supplements
Through Cascade Wellness' Fullscript patients can access dietary supplements at a discounted price. Sign up at our store here.

Facial Rejuvenation
We offer Facial Cupping & Gua Sha and Microneedling services for patients interested in a more natural and holistic way to address signs of aging like fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, discoloration, puffy skin etc. Both services include a personalized acupuncture treatment to address the root cause of your aging concerns. With more than 21 years experience in a various professional roles, I will bring a breadth of knowledge and expertise to your business. Capabilities include providing services at events (e.g., sports & seminars, etc); speaking engagements; writing articles for professionals & consumers; analyzing scientific research; assisting with new product development; product reviews, market analysis; and more. Package options and gift cards are available for existing self-pay patients
If you have been seen for an initial acupuncture appointment, are not using insurance, or plan on coming 1x/month or more frequently for follow-up, a package option may be right for you. You do not need to be an existing patient to purchase a package for Facial Rejuvenation services

*Note: packages are good for one year from the date of purchase. If they are not used in that year, you will be reimbursed for the sessions you did not use.
